Project INDIVIDUAL UTOPIAS is an ironic answer to the 'Art and Survival' workshop that Artist has participated in Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina). A workshop was inspired by the Harvard University Program in Refugee Trauma treating Artists as Therapists working with mental health patients (PTSP) and at the end become an utopian project. Lala's satirical script is dealing with the illusion of 'helping' Bosnians to solve their problems through Art.
Design concept is following the whole parody of 'individual utopia' she is dealing with her native country Bosnia that she left as a child in war days and came back recently. White, medical BOX with a red stripe communicates Mental Health Centers where the workshop took place. This 'innocent' box treasures our personal emotions and memories, our vision or our own Individual Utopia. Typical SCRIPT layout with Courier typography is shrinked making a stronger experience of this sensitive and fragile idea.
AUTOGRAM CARDS are separated and simply added to the Script but with no-name illustrated portraits indicating every-bosnian-person. Big purple administrative STAMP ironically indicates closed cases of thousands innocent anonymous Bosnian war victims.
