The client's request was to design the book - the first Croatian historical novel - as a Croatian cultural souvenir and souvenir of the city of Zagreb. The visual concept arises from seeking a point of contact between the renaissance setting of the novel, an author's realistic style and contemporary interpretation of the digital age reader.
